We are urgently hiring 40 physically fit and motivated Construction Helpers to join a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. Salary & Financial Benefits

• Basic Salary: 1,300 AED per month
• Overtime (OT): Provided for any hours worked beyond the standard shift (calculated as per UAE Labour Law).
• Service Gratuity: End-of-service benefits paid upon completion of the contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled tradesmen on-site.
• Load, unload, and safely transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and clear work areas of debris, hazards, and scaffolding to maintain a safe environment.
• Operate basic hand tools, mixers, and site machinery under supervision.
• Follow all site safety rules and wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Working Hours: 10 hours per day (Standard shift + included rest breaks). Overtime applies after the 10th hour.
