Hiring : Shuttering Carpenter Experience and Fit Person Salary + Overtime

We have an immediate large-scale requirement for 70 experienced Shuttering Carpenters for major infrastructure projects in Dubai. If you have experience in formwork and structural wood construction, this role offers excellent growth, steady income, and full legal protections under the UAE Ministry of Human Resources.

Salary & Financial Benefits

• Basic Salary: 1,700 AED per month
• Overtime (OT): Provided for any hours worked beyond the standard shift (calculated as per UAE Labour Law).
• Service Gratuity: End-of-service benefits paid upon completion of the contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and plywood formwork (shuttering).
• Erect formwork structures to contain concrete for walls, beams, columns, and slabs.
• Ensure all wooden moulds are perfectly aligned, leveled, and securely braced to withstand concrete pressure.
• Dismantle and strip the formwork safely once the concrete has cured without damaging the structure.
• Work collaboratively with concrete and steel fixing teams to hit daily project targets.
