Hiring : Security Guard (SIRA Certified / Non SiRA Trainee) both accepted

We are seeking professional, physically fit, and highly motivated Security Guards to join our team in the UAE. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients' premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance, and controlling access points. We welcome both SIRA-licensed professionals and trainees looking to obtain their certification, with full visa and training support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular indoor and outdoor foot patrols of the designated premises to deter illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire safety equipment to detect hazards or threats.
• Incident Reporting: Respond immediately to emergencies, provide basic first aid if necessary, and write clear incident reports in English.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and residents with a polite, professional, and helpful attitude.

Job Requirements

• Physical Standards: Minimum height of 5'8" with an excellent physique and high level of physical fitness (in compliance with SIRA operational readiness standards).
• Language Skills: Highly knowledgeable and fluent in English (both spoken and written) to handle communications and incident reports.
• Experience: Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
• Core Competencies: Strong observational skills, alertness, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.

Working Hours & Shift Structure

• Duty Schedule: 12-hour shifts per day (Includes a 1-hour dedicated break).
• Compliance Note: Structured in accordance with UAE Labour Law regarding security sector operations (comprising standard hours plus mandatory overtime compensation).

Salary & Remuneration Packages

Your starting salary structure depends entirely on your licensing status:
• Option A (Without SIRA License):
• AED 1,200 per month fixed for the first 1 year.
• Option B (With SIRA License / Upon Selection as Licensed Guard):
• AED 1,200 per month for the first 6 months.
• AED 1,500 to AED 1,700 per month after 6 months (final amount depends on performance evaluations and prior experience).
