Hiring: Bus Driver for Construction Company in Dubai

We are urgently seeking a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our growing construction company in Dubai. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport our construction labourers and site staff from their residential camp to various project sites in the morning, and bring them back safely at the end of the shift. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport labourers and site workers from the company accommodation/camp to designated construction sites across Dubai every morning.
• Return workers safely back to the camp at the conclusion of their daily shifts.
• Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic laws, speed limits, and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) regulations.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections of the bus (checking fluids, tires, brakes, and lights) to ensure the vehicle is safe for transit.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bus, both inside and out.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately to the transport supervisor or camp manager.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (heavy bus license standard).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience driving heavy buses for construction companies or labor transport in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, bypasses, and industrial/construction zones.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or black points.
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu to communicate effectively with the camp boss and labourers.
